Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For a logo to be eligible for the return there must be copyright issues. For example, in the event that a buyer adduces a logo that was previously created by another designer or website other than LogoTemplates.
In the case of physical items, it must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an email to email@example.com and send your article to LogoTemplates, Santa Fe 1353, 3060 Tostado S, Argentina.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or the donor received the order for later delivery, we will send the donor a refund and they will hear of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
